Ordered a custom statue from this company in November 2009 and wired 212.00 US dollars to China. I dealt with Mr. Zengjie Liu, who promised the statue would be delivered to Colorado, USA in a month or two. I kept sending e-mails and he kept promising delivery within a week or two. He would occasionally e-mail me back with some excuse, materials are unavailable, the Chinese New Year, etc. Then I requested a refund, and never got a response. He has promised the statue and/or a refund for months. Find below email some of the email communications and proof of payment via Western Union and proof that Liu picked up the wire. He doesn’t respond to any of my inquiries these days.

My company purchases hundreds of items per year and we thought that Alibaba would be a good source for electronic/computer equipment and unfortunately 100% of the companies we attempted to buy were are all scams, no offices, no products, nothing.

The list of SCAM companies so far:

ONE HANG GROUP (HK)

TREASURE PROFIT GRAND RICH
Fowokunola Musical Electronics Ware House
HONGKONG SHANGHENG INDUSTRIAL
Shanghai Winrate Int

Before you purchase anything from alibaba make sure the selling company provides their company references, written quotation, office address, arrange a local courier (EMS) to pick up and inspect the item, and real website otherwise forget it you will lose your money.

The above scam companies work by hiring young adults in their 20s who have a computer at their house and they get a commission on every item they sell, except there is no product so they only receive the money and then change the name of the company in a month or two once they are scam listed. Speaking with one of our employees in China they know that this is a common problem and that the police do nothing about it and obviously Alibaba does nothing about it and also is a scam. There are some companies that actually make products and sell them but it is approximately 4% of the total number of companies.

Hope this helps someone else and if so pass on to another person.

I wire transfered over $11,000 USD to a company in China June 22, 2010(Ecosun). They said they never received the money. I spent extra money for my bank to conduct an official trace of the funds. They made it to Ecosun's account the 23rd of June. Now over two months have passed the representative will not return my emails. I have officially startted a complaint with Alibaba, am hiring an attorney in China, and contacting the authorities. Do not order any scooters or ATV's from Ecosun! They will steal your money.

The manager is Bill Lin.
After I made the payment (380USD) they took a long time to give me tracking number then they sent a package with insufficient information, that was returned to sender, however the package had another name and state ( not even had an address) i talked to Bill Lin who kept telling me everything was ok and not to worry and afterwards they apologize! and said it was a mistake and they will try to fix it, and of course they have been ignoring my emails and not responding.

This company has high possibility of scammer. The agent Gary to talk was not able to provide any proof that his company has the product he advertised. NoT able to provide additional pictures or pictures of the stock of stuff animals he claim. Only ask was money for samples of the product but was not offer to send the sample freely, or use payment other than Western Union or bank transfer. Watch out of gold members on Alibaba because the agents may hijack the account and use it for their own purposes.
